Met up with some members of mountian biking club at woburn sands.
I really noticed the difference cycling with people who do it on a regular bases wow it was hard work, good fun though.
Went along a lot of trails that i didn't know were even there.
A really good ride no falls (a few scary moments) I really felt I had been cycleing after this ride a few more and should start getting a bit fitter hopefuly
